Somatic Psychotherapy

Madelanne is a psychotherapist in private practice in Edinburgh, UK. Her practice is deeply relational; she sees herself as a co-participant in the client/therapist partnership, enabling a safe container in which a client can explore difficult or sensitive issues, make meaning, and ultimately find the transformative energy to heal.

Madelanne brings a somatic skillset to her work, which she uses to support trauma, anxiety and depression among other things. Madelanne has an MA in counselling psychology with somatic specialisations (Naropa University, 2012).
